Since launching TuesdayTweetup I've been impressed by the number of "events" that are starting to spring up to get like minded people talking.
#openwebsoton was hosted on April 16th at Royal Southampton Yacht Club - the photos and videos look great and it was attended by people from across the South.
#winchesterweb is a monthly event held in winchester attracting winchester based creative types - the next one is happening in May and it really is starting to get a following.
And then today was the launch of @HiSpeedTweetup for those Solent based creatives that travel from the IOW to Southampton on a regular basis - a 23 min tweetup first thing in the morning - sound fab.
Twitter and Tweetups are really getting like minded people connected - that's got to be a good thing.
